Final Preparations

Once again, I've decided to write a blog for my travels. Several months ago, I heard that I received another opportunity to live abroad and better my Arabic in Morocco. A bulk of my time there will be spent studying, whether in the classroom or homework, but I'm hoping to collect enough stories for you all even if my posts appear irregularly.

Before the studies begin, though, I've been struggling to finish packing. I leave Sunday and before then, I need to finish moving from my apartment, prepare and attend a wedding, and say my final goodbyes before leaving a city I've called home for four years. It will all come together in the end, but I've been maintaining a level anxiety bad habit of staying busy takes a lot of room for stress.

I hope that you enjoy my rushed retelling of daily experiences and thoughts. There will be typos. It won't be a work of art. I'm not an expert nor will my observations be entirely objective. Despite this, I hope that you will be able to value the stories I share.

For now, enjoy a few pictures of Tangier, the city I will be visiting, accompanied by a few maps to orient yourself.
